PJ Vann went above and beyond for our family. She is determined and very patient with her clients. We really think of her as our best friend, even family. Who can say that for many realtors out there?

Our family was searching to buy a new we place. We came across PJ Vann. We are certainly glad we did! She stuck with us through it all and found us a very nice home. Her friendliness and willingness to put us before herself made her truly unique.

PJ was a blessing to us in our search for a newer home. She treated us like family, something we didn't get from other realtors. This lady doesn't know quit and will not give up until her client is satisfied. She goes above and beyond while taking an honest and genuine approach. Moving was a tough experience and PJ was there through it all and continues to be a great friend!

PJ is the absolute BEST!! I had no idea where to even begin with buying a house but she didn’t hesitate one bit to help right away! Always was super friendly and never put us down in any way. She explained everything the best way that we could understand it since we were very new to homebuying. Helped us find the perfect house and didnt stop until we found the one!! We couldn’t be more grateful for PJ and all her hard work she put towards everything! I recommend her to everyone a million times!!

I believe Crye-Leike has a real Jewel in PJ Vann. She will do what is necessary to put a client into a home that fits what they are looking for.

Cannot give PJ enough 5 stars! She made the whole process so easy. She returned messages asap 7 days a week. She explained everything to us as we were first time buyers. Gave her a budget and she stuck to it. Definitely reach out to her for all of your buying or selling needs. We have chatted every day for the whole process! She is the best, you will not be disappointed!

PJ was the only agent to actually return a call. She sent us properties that matched our needs and wants. No time wasting at all. The buying process was so stress free. Explanation of all the documents and updates throughout every step. We could tell PJ truly cared that we loved the home we chose and made sure the seller, nor the seller's agent, didn't take advantage of us. Talk about a bulldog at negotiating - she got us a great price and even got our closing costs paid!! Our entire family has adopted PJ and we will all use her for our future home purchases.
